More than economics, this masterpiece is sociology at its best: it tells you how to change it. While his first book just described the trouble innovation causes inside companies, here Dr. Christensen lays out for those brave enough to listen the method for running successful company (or life). I bought this book after the first reading and anticipate returning to it many times yet.
